In-stock items ship within 2-7 days. Customised items take 7-14 days. Large teamwear orders with customisation take 3-4 weeks (up to 6 weeks during peak times). Large orders without customisation take about 3 weeks.

No, there's no minimum order value. Order as much or as little as you need!

Yes, you can choose a different delivery address during checkout.

If we have shipped a different item to what you confirmed, we will replace the goods free of charge. However, we cannot replace customised goods supplied in accordance with the customisation sheets that you have confirmed. We therefore strongly suggest that you have a sample if you are unsure of sizes.

Delivery costs depend on your order size and location. We always aim to keep them reasonable and transparent.

Samples are uncustomised and for sizing and color purposes only. However, we can provide a fully customised sample once your order is confirmed, if needed.

Yes, all samples require payment. Credit on return of samples in original condition.

Customised samples are at the cost of the customer and are not refundable.
